  • For Employers: You are responsible for the accuracy of job postings, ensuring that offers comply with applicable laws, and for any recruitment decisions. Employers must not discriminate in hiring and must follow applicable labour and anti-discrimination laws.

8. Fees, Payments and Refunds

Some features of the Services may be subject to fees (for example, premium job postings, featured listings, or employer subscription services). If you purchase a paid service, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge the applicable fees.

  • All fees are non-refundable except as expressly specified in writing or required by law.
  • We may offer free trials or promotional pricing; such offers are subject to terms and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
  • Taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise indicated.

9. User Content; License to Jobberman.online

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JOBBERMAN.ONLINE OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO JOBBERMAN.ONLINE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNTS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

15. Indemnification
